Essential Job Duties
This role’s focus is to represent the Dean’s Suite in a friendly and welcoming manner as the first point of contact. The following are the primary responsibility of the person in this role:
Staff the reception desk in the Dean’s suite from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Collect mail
Answer phone calls
Greet people and answer questions
Receptionist will work on-site to staff the desk from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and reports to the Executive Assistant. The suite doors unlock each morning at 8 AM and lock at 5 PM. The doors also lock between Noon and 1 PM for the receptionist lunch break.
